Mr. Shabbir Makati, The chief promoter of Novanext Energies Pvt Ltd is who has working experience of 22 years. He joined their family business of Manufacturing of Brass components in the year 1999 after while continuing his graduation and laid the foundation of their growth journey by developing export market. He subsequently completed his MBA (Finance) in the year 2002.After the sudden death of his father the founder of Raj Group, under his leadership RAJ Group has expanded their market in 20 countries including high quality demanding countries like USA, UK & Thailand.

They very well understand the importance of quality and believe in supplying zero defect products. Working with Japanese companies like Mitsubishi have taught them a lot about consistency & perfection in quality. The group turnover has grown to over 70 crores which is approx. 30 times in just 2 decades.
